TeeHouse Main House - $500 USD per night.

The Teehouse Villa my spacious and unique 6,000 square feet of absolute tranquillity and luxury designed and custom built by myself the owner and the host.

 

- The Teehouse is accessed by the private upper road with parking for 6 vehicles.

- Enter into the well stocked uppper courtyard and garden complete with al fresco dining table for 8 in a shaded terrace with BBQ and unique Italian dome wood burning pizza oven.

- Entry into the spacious lobby with seating for ten leads into the western super kitchen with walk in pantry. Huge kitchen worktops with 6 burner gas hob with separate double oven.
- Main dining table and chairs seats ten.

- Bar for entertaining and 30 people fit into this area with no problem, which opens onto the fireplace room with super audio system and seating for ten for those December evenings when a log fire is an option.

- Turning the other way from in the entrance lobby there is a fully equipped period office that offers superior Colonial style working room with a spiral staircase up to the double bedroom above.

- The first door in the entrance lobby on the right leads to the guest wash room/WC and separate walk in power shower room and passing that onto the link corridor with its own full sized cocktail bar leading through a pair of double doors and access to the Moroccan theme room overlooking the plunge pool and sun terraces

-The barn of a room is about 500 square feet in area and has a height of 20 feet to the ridge of the open pitched roof and beautiful acoustics. It has several couches and another dining table which seats 6/8. Opening louvred doors give a full height vista and access onto the plunge pool and terrace area with more al fresco dining on the huge sun terrace with sun beds and shower leading up to the private massage room.

- This room area has a high quality hi fi sound system with 4+ You tube video screen on the wall. It's a party room when required. Guitars hang on the walls for the ones that play, or it is a quiet place to rest from the sun after swimming with large couch beds.

-From the lobby up to the first floor again where the ceiling height is 20 feet under a unique open pitched hardwood roof structure you enter the open aspect library / artefacts room at the top of the stairs area again about 500 square feet with antique period Colonial furnishings and couches and another hi quality hi fi installation.

- Master Bedroom Suite and dressing room with period bath tub and open shower in the en-suite. This space is a wonderful space to wake up and designed to take full advantage of the vista and unique views as you open the french doors on the private sun terrace, which is ideal for moon and star gazing in the warm nights.

- This room has full length wardrobes giving ample hanging space The remaining other double bedroom accessed form the library has its own walk in open shower room and a 50 inch 4+ youtube TV for watching films.

- All bedrooms have separate AC.

- Wi fi is available both at the house and at the club house.

- The furniture was all designed and hand made by the owner from local teak to fit the unique spaces.

 

All in all it is a very special place to wake up. The ambience cannot be described, it has to be experienced. The value price is something that cannot be stated as with special hotels anywhere in the world. This experience is priceless.
